3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on j555. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. j555 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets or winnings associated with duplicate accounts, and permanently bar the individual from the Platform.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify j555 support immediately via live chat or the contact details provided on this site.
3.3 KYC Documentation
j555 may request any of the following documents as part of the KYC verification process:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months)

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within thirty (30) minutes under standard operating conditions. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise specified. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by player tier and payment method.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. j555 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- j555 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or any ongoing security review of the account in question.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full, as detailed in Section 5 of these Terms.
4.3 Currency & Exchange
All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). j555 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by a third-party payment provider prior to or following a transaction is entirely the responsibility of that provider and is subject to their applicable exchange rates and fees.
5. Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms stated herein and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by j555 are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on the promotion detail page and in the bonus confirmation notification sent to the player's account.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
j555 monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion between players to exploit promotions, and use of automated or scripted betting systems. Where j555 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and recover any funds already withdrawn that were derived from abusive bonus activity.
5.3 Promotion Validity
All promotions have a stated expiry date. Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically. j555 is not obligated to extend the validity of any promotional offer under any circumstances.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on j555 — including sports bets, live in-play bets, casino wagers, and crash game stakes — are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to that product, in addition to these general Terms. 6.1 Bet Acceptance
j555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only confirmed once j555 has issued a bet confirmation reference. Bets placed during temporary technical failures — including but not limited to server outages, live feed interruptions, or payment processing errors — may be voided at j555's discretion where the acceptance of such bets would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.
6.2 Odds & Payouts
Sports betting odds on j555 are dynamic and subject to change in real time up to the moment of bet acceptance. Live in-play odds may fluctuate rapidly; it is the player's responsibility to confirm the odds at the time of submission. 6.3 Voided Bets

- Any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of funds derived from illegal activity
7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, j555 may retain any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, all associated funds, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, upon a player's voluntary closure request — any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
